Privacy and data retention
What we store
Raw source replies and destination readbacks are processed for the active handoff and are not stored as raw text. We temporarily store your reviewed eight-field state, generated Continuity Pack, source filename and hash, bounded comparison result, session identifiers, usage ledger, and any feedback you choose to submit.
Where it is stored
Service data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the service's selected European region. Downloaded Continuity Packs remain on your device.
Who can access it
You can access only sessions and Packs bound to your verified account. Service runtime components and authorized Miralucis maintainers can access the minimum operational records required to run, secure, troubleshoot, and delete the service data.
Retention
Reviewed work state and generated Continuity Packs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Feedback text is retained for up to 180 days and is then redacted; minimal credit, reward, abuse-prevention, and settlement records may remain so usage and one-time rewards cannot be duplicated.
Deletion requests
To request account or associated data deletion, email contact@miralucis.ai. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
